Yoga individual training

On the basis of a preliminary talk I create a first individual sequence of Yoga exercises according to your needs. Thus, in the first individual Yoga practice session that follows, you will first practice under my guidance and receive tips on how you can also practice successfully at home.Further appointments will be arranged according to the individually desired and justifiable time interval.

 

In order to experience a noticeable success of the regular Yoga exercise sequence, you should expect about five appointments at intervals of two to four weeks, in order to give yourself and your body a first lasting experience on this path.

 

Yoga Intensive Workshops

I invite you once every two months for three hours on a journey of active relaxation with physical, breathing and meditation exercises in the ancient tradition of Yoga. We practice intensively, differentiated and adapted to your individual possibilities. 

Yoga for pregnant women

Yoga during pregnancy has a variety of positive effects on the physical and mental condition of mother and baby. Practicing Yoga in pregnancy helps you to achieve more balance. Your pregnancy and childbirth bring about great physical and emotional changes.

During pregnancy, Yoga will strengthen and relax you, and by stretching you will create more space for your baby and your breath. Through conscious breathing you will develop more sensitivity for yourself and learn to relax and let go in unfamiliar situations.

 

Yoga during pregnancy strengthens your back and supports the flexibility of your pelvis. Breathing exercises and stretching exercises in the groin and coccyx area prepare you for childbirth. The flexibility of hip joints is promoted by hip-opening asanas, thus stimulating the blood circulation of all organs, especially the uterus.

 

Yoga for children (for all boys and girls from 3 to 8 years)

These are fixed courses with durations from 4 to 12 weeks - depending on the vacation periods. Through social bonding over a longer period of time, your child will find it easier to build trust and relax.

In Yoga for children, I playfully guide the kids to strengthen their body awareness, concentration and self-confidence. In addition to promoting mobility, coordination and balance, Yoga helps your child to effectively reduce stress.

 

The joyful and playful learning in the community as well as the strengthening of social competence is an important element of my Yoga classes. The alternation between tension and relaxation is the focus of my Yoga concept. This makes it easier for your child to find the balance to strengthen his or her physical and mental equilibrium - even "off the mat".

 

My Yoga classes are didactically well thought-out and offer children reliable structures and rituals. They each last 45 minutes.

 

Yoga for everyone… and for whom not? 

Since Yoga is not a purely physical path, theoretically anyone can practice Yoga in any form.  Nevertheless, caution is advised: whoever suffers from severe pain, has acute or chronic inflammation, suffers from mental illness, should only start with Yoga after consulting a doctor and inform me about it.

 

If the doctor recommends Yoga, individual lessons in the form of Yoga therapy may then have to be carried out at the beginning.
